  • Your goals, your capabilities, and your exercise preferences are all important and unique, so the way your training sessions are designed will reflect that. Also, as women, our hormones change throughout the month and affect our energy levels. Your workouts will be created according to those cues from your body: we want to work with our feminine qualities, not against them!

You can be certain that your health and wellness are taken care of as I take continuing education in both the mental health and personal training fields extremely seriously. Fill out a brief contact form to let me know what your goals are and what you feel you want from this personal training experience. Once I receive your form, you will receive a text from me within 24 hours to schedule a 15 to 30 minute call at a time that works best in your schedule.

HOW IT WORKS

  • step one: Start the Conversation

    Start the conversation with me through a brief contact form. It will ask you a little bit about what brought you to my website and why you are seeking personal training. After I receive your form, I will reach out to you via text within 24 hours to schedule our “vibe check” phone call.

  • STEP TWO: “Vibe Check”

    The “vibe check” is where you and I can get to know each other a little bit. I will ask you more detailed questions about your goals, history of fitness, etc. My goal is by the end of the call, you and I both feel confident that we are a good fit to help you reach your goals. At the end of that call, we will schedule your first session!

  • STEP THREE: Book Your First Session

    I get it. Getting back into fitness is sometimes scary, especially if you have no idea what a personal trainer is going to ask you to do. During this first session, we take it completely at your pace! At the end of the session, if we continue to be a good fit, we book your next session!
