  • For clients in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, I offer convenient in-person sessions in your home, office gym, or a private facility. Each workout is tailored to your goals and energy levels, blending fitness and mental wellness techniques to help you manage stress and feel your best.

    Start the conversation with me through a brief contact form. It will ask you a little bit about what brought you to my website and why you are seeking personal training. After I receive your form, I will reach out to you via text within 24 hours to schedule our “vibe check” phone call.

  • 2️⃣ VIBE CHECK

    The ✨vibe check✨ is where you and I can get to know each other a little bit. I will ask you more detailed questions about your goals, history of fitness, etc. My goal is by the end of the call, you and I both feel confident that we are a good fit to help you reach your goals. At the end of that call, we will schedule your first session!

    I get it. Getting back into a fitness & self-care routine is sometimes scary, especially if you’re already so exhausted in life.
